Meet the Founders

Charlie McWhinney

Co-Founder & Director of Construction

Charlie has worked in the residential and commercial construction industry since 2011, leading major projects across Melbourne as a site manager and building broad experience across high-end residential and commercial construction. In 2013, Charlie began renovating and flipping homes, developing a passion for property, architecture, and quality craftsmanship. This passion ultimately led to the evolution of Alchamy Projects. Driven by a strong appreciation for high-end architecture and detail-focused construction, Charlie brings practical experience and a hands-on approach to every Alchamy project.

Callum Eade

Co-Founder & Director of Design and Construction

Callum began his career in carpentry at the age of 16, completing his apprenticeship in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and developing a passion for residential construction from an early age. Following his trade qualification, Callum expanded his expertise by completing a degree in Architectural Design, combining technical construction knowledge with a deep understanding of design principles. He went on to site manage luxury residential projects before taking on leadership roles as a foreman for a Tier 1 commercial builder. Returning to the residential sector in 2022, Callum brings a unique combination of design insight and practical construction experience to every project. His ability to bridge the gap between vision and execution ensures clients achieve exceptional outcomes that are both beautifully designed and expertly built.
